Public Association "National Environmental Centre", a non-governmental organization, announces a competition for the selection of an expert team for contracting the services of facilitating a system thinking and complexity thinking exercise regarding forest management and afforestation in the Republic of Moldova.
The role of the facilitation team/experts consists of carrying out the exercise in dedicated workshops, with the participation of representatives of national authorities, development cooperation (donors and implementers) and relevant CSOs.

Selection criteria:
• Experience and knowledge in content development/application;
• The quality of previously developed materials;
• Financial offer proposed per product.
The application file will contain:
- The CVs of the team, which should include the list of similar activities carried out previously and 2 references for each expert from the companies for which he was contracted as an expert in the given field; the application should be made as one integral file, not individually by the experts.
- A brief technical offer, which will describe the concept of the activities and the team's vision of the execution of the activities provided for in the proposed terms;
- The financial offer, indicated per working day.
